On the Twenty-Third Day of Christmas…

Happy Tuesday and Merry Christmas Eve-Eve beauties!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!! Warning: If you are squeamish do not look through these pictures. It is all makeup!

Today I thought about what Elsa would look like if she didn’t have ice powers and ran off into the snowy mountain peak to build her ice castle. While I was thinking about it, I knew she would be severely frostbitten. Which means she would be extremely Hypothermic. For those of you who do not know what Hypothermia is, it is when your internal body temperature is below 95 degrees Fahrenheit (35 degrees Celsius). But she would still have to be gorgeous as well!

So how would our gorgeous snow queen actually look? Well, you don’t have to imagine it. I actually created it for you!

As you can see from the picture, if anyone had frostbite this bad. They would probably be dead. I didn’t want to actually make realistic looking frostbite. So where the skin is peeling from the frostbite, I made an iridescent glowing skin. I imagined this was her soul “letting go.”

This has turned very dark.. Let’s just say this Elsa has gotten help and lives!! And she lived happily ever after with her sister, Anna, in Arendelle.

I absolutely love working with liquid latex. It can be very messy to work with, but you can achieve some pretty awesome looks! Also, it looks like I am getting better at applying false eyelashes!! Finally.. Haha!

Keeping Christ in Christmas

” 3 When King Herod heard this, he was deeply disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him. 4 So he assembled all the chief priests and scribes of the people and asked them where the Messiah would be born. 5 ‘In Bethlehem of Judea,’ they told him, ‘because this is what was written by the prophet: 6 And you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah are by no means least among the leaders of Judah: because out of you will come a leader who will shepherd My people Isreal.‘ 7 Then Herod secretly summoned the wise men and asked them the exact time the star appeared. “

(Matthew 2:3-7)

Today was a pleasant day. I didn’t really do much, but we are getting ready to leave for West Virginia. We don’t know when we are leaving. However, We still have to wash warm clothes if we are going up there.

Thank you so much for reading!! Hopefully I didn’t freak you out too much! ❤

Come back tomorrow for another post, that isn’t scary! Hint: Singing tunes that are Christmas-y.

Until tomorrow!

Follow your dreams and never give up!!
